Account recovery

The SCIINSTRIKE app is not yet publicly available, so online sign-in and password recovery are not linked from this website. Once the app is released, use Forgot password on its sign-in screen for a recovery email. If recovery is unavailable, contact support from your account email where possible. Ownership must be verified before deletion.

Restore Coach access

When native purchasing is configured, sign in to the SCIINSTRIKE account used for purchase and choose More → Coach subscription → Restore, using the same Apple/Google store account. One subscription includes Guided Combinations and Virtual Coach, with no second charge.

Purchase and restore are unavailable in the normal web preview. Store-account transfer rules affect access; contact support before switching identities. Store configuration and physical device checks remain pending.

Manage or cancel subscriptions

Use More → Coach subscription → Manage in the app when available, or your store subscription settings:

• Apple subscriptions
• Google Play subscriptions

Uninstalling or deleting an account does not cancel billing. Cancellation is separate and does not prevent immediate account deletion. Store refund and paid-period rules apply.

Privacy and deletion

Read the privacy review draft or initiate account deletion. Local athlete archiving is not account deletion.
