Who is responsible

Sciinstrike Ltd operates SCIINSTRIKE. Contact info@sciinstrike.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion.

Training information on your device

Guest gender and stance, training timings, sound preferences, athlete names/usernames, optional height, stance, sharing preference and workout history are stored on your device. A local athlete is not automatically linked to your sign-in account. Local profiles may include a device ownership secret for username reservation. Basic Open Training does not need sensor hardware.

These records support training preferences, history and progress. Choosing Community does not publish workouts: no community feature is currently implemented. Exports and imports are initiated by you; exported copies are not removed by account deletion.

Accounts and backend information

Email/password accounts, recovery, account identifiers and sessions are handled by Lovable Cloud. Account IDs verify access; private tester permissions are separate. Username reservations store the username, SHA-256 ownership-secret hash and creation time, not other athlete attributes. Reserved usernames are not linked to an account ID.

Web authentication persists the account session in browser storage. The store candidate uses encrypted native session storage and reviewed sign-in callbacks.

Coach subscriptions

The prepared native purchase flow uses RevenueCat and Apple App Store or Google Play billing. RevenueCat is bound to your authenticated account ID; the server checks subscription expiry, refunds and access. Both Coach modes share one entitlement. Live purchasing still depends on release configuration.

Deleting an account does not cancel store billing. RevenueCat data cleanup is a durable manual follow-up, not instant erasure. Store transaction records and legally required records may remain outside our control.

Services and native plugins

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication and backend services. RevenueCat supports configured native purchases; Apple and Google handle store payments. Web fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; candidate fonts/artwork are bundled. Error-reporting hooks exist; final recipients, configuration and retention need review. This draft makes no “no tracking” declaration.

Native release plugins support app lifecycle, screen keep-awake, speech, user-directed files/sharing and secure sessions. Frozen Bluetooth diagnostics are separate from the hardware-free Basic + Coach launch. Processor locations, subprocessors, safeguards and final SDK disclosures remain under review.

Deletion and retention

Confirmed deletion removes your sign-in account and associated tester permissions. Explicitly selected existing local athletes and their attached workouts/progress can also be removed. Username reservations have no account binding and require separate ownership-verified support review. Other athletes, Guest preferences and settings are preserved.

Other devices, exports and username reservations are not automatically removed. Contact support for ownership-verified assistance. A protected account-ID/deletion-status queue remains for processor cleanup and reconciliation. Backup, security-log, statutory and processor retention periods are unverified; no fixed duration is promised.

Your choices and rights

You can use Guest training, edit preferences, export data, delete individual saved sessions or request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing or complain to your competent data protection authority. Contact support; ownership must be verified. No response SLA is promised.

Lawful bases, age eligibility, processor terms, retention exceptions and final store forms require owner review before release. Material policy changes will be reflected here.
